In the event that you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order

You will be allowed to exchange your item(s) for the same item(s) or a different item(s) of equal or higher value 

Acceptable reasons for exchange:

• Item(s) does not fit 

• Item(s) has damage to no fault of your own(all inventory is carefully inspected before being packed for an order)

Reasons an exchange would be rejected:

• The allowed 24 hours for contact has passed 

• Tags and or original packaging has been removed from item(s)

• It has been determined that any damages was to no fault of Nikki Lux

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges 

Customer is responsible for return label 

All instructions and return address will be provided in exchange email
