Shipping Policy
Processing
Once your payment has been successfully processed, Nikki Lux will be sent a notification where we will view your order details. We will then send you an order confirmation email to notify you that your order has been received. Once the details have been viewed we start working on your order as early as possible. We strive to prepare orders the same day if ordered by 3pm CT, but you should expect processing to take 1 to 3 business days. When your order has finished being prepared we will then ship that order and send you a confirmation email that will state said order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number for you to keep up with where your package is on its route to you
Shipping
All of our orders are shipped via USPS. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $150.
Our shipping options include:
$11 Standard shipping: Approximately 3-5 business days
$32 Express shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that although USPS does deliver through Saturdays and Sundays, it is not guaranteed that you will receive your order on these days. Always expect your order on a business day. Please monitor your shipment progress by the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email
If you need your order shipped right away, please complete your order by 3pm CT and leave a note for us on the order page. We will work to get it processed and shipped same day. Any orders placed after the cut off time will automatically be pushed to the next business day. Also note that we only process and ship orders Monday through Friday
Disclaimer
• Nikki Lux is NOT responsible for any missing, stolen, nor damaged packages once it leaves our facility and reaches USPS. We make sure that your package is secure and handed to the proper department for shipping and trust them to take care of it thereafter, but have no control of what happens during transit. If you have any issues with your package please contact USPS to speak with a representative first and then notify us at [email protected] and we will work to the best of our ability to rectify the situation
• The shipping information that you provided can not be changed once your order has been made. Please double check that your name, email, contact number, and shipping address is correct before you complete your order. Packages will only be delivered to the shipping address that was entered initially during the time of order. Local Pickup
If you choose to pick up your order you will receive an order confirmation email with information on available pickup dates and times after your payment has successfully been processed. Please check your email folders and respond ASAP so that we can get the proper details we need to begin preparing your order. All local pickups carry a $5 fee. Pickup days and times are typically Monday-Friday from 12pm-4:30pm. Your order must be placed by 3pm in order for arrangements to be made for pick up before the cut off time same day. Weekend pickups can be arranged, but are not guaranteed
